Beconnected is currently looking for a team coordinator in Shanghai for one of our teams with the focus on Private Label trading. This team works together with our offices in India & Bangladesh to supports our clients in Europe.

We are specialized in private label & license apparel and we are a preferred supplier to major global retail chains and department stores. 📋 The role
- Facilitate, support and coach merchandising activities in the team in Shanghai
- Brief merchandisers & designs with orders and follow the order process to ensure quality, compliance, on-time delivery & customer satisfaction
- Arrange with the team in what country orders will be booked and work closely with our colleagues in India, Bangladesh & Ethiopia
- Book orders at competitive prices by constant cooperation’s and discussion with our supplier pool and aiming for the best sustainable deals
- Manage and develop the network of suppliers to build and maintain a trustworthy long term supplier pool
- Safeguard quality and compliance in booking and follow up
- Support the sales managers to develop and expand business opportunities with buyers
- Work closely with all the Beconnected offices to further grow Private Label
- Provide advice & suggestions on development, product, production & sourcing to meet customer’s buying objectives
- Support and train the people in the team to develop their talents and independency
- Help to create a supportive energetic environment with respect and connection to each other so that we-individually and collectively-can do our best work
👤 The ideal candidate
- You are based in Shanghai, China
- You hold a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
- You have experience in a similar field
- You have a commercial attitude and business development skills
- You are able to lead and coordinate a team
- You have strong problem solving skills
- You are a high energy and results driven individual
- You can communicate in Mandarin Chinese & English
